461st Post Jesus Predictions Con't. - Predictions Concerning End Times Con't. - Matthew 24: 29 - 31.

Matthew 24: 29 - 31;  Mark 13: 24 - 27; Luke 21: 25 - 28.
Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.  Then the sign of the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.  And He will send His angels with a great sound of a trumpet and they will gather together His elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.
This was spoken by Jesus just before He was to be crucified.  This is the next part of Jesus' Olivet Discourse.
This part of this discourse has been the subject to a lot of speculation.  What I will say now, can not be proved either; until Jesus comes again; so I guess this will go with all the other speculation on this passage.  Earlier in this passage Jesus told people to be ready for flight.  When the Romans destroyed Jerusalem, this was fulfilled, for the Christians living in Jerusalem.  During that tribulation, the sun was not darkened, and the moon did not give up its light.  This means this prophecy is still in force.  In the previous post I talked about the carcass and there the eagles will gather.  I have run out of room again so will continue next post.
