478th Post Jesus Predictions Con't. - Predictions Concerning End Times Con't. - Mathhew 24: 45 - 51 Con't.

Matthew 24: 45 - 51; Luke 12: 42 - 48; Continued 4th post on this Passage.
Look at the change in behavior of the second steward, after he decided that the master was not coming for a while, he started to relax and started to drink excessively, mistreat the servants he had under him, and not work diligently on the task he was given.  As Christians, we are to study our Bibles, meditate on the passages, pray often, and keep watch on our weaker brothers and sisters,  help them whenever possible, and not take advantage of them.  How many of us can say we have fulfilled all those obligations to the fullest.  This is the task Jesus has commanded of us.  If you are honest with yourself, you would say, I tried to do all of that when I first became a Christian, but then, things happened, and I became less, and less diligent in my pursuit of the task given me.  It is for this reason, that we have to be constantly aware of our task, and be in the constant pursuit of that task, we can not become complacent.  We as Christians need to be ever watchful.  Are you??
