476th Post Jesus Predictions Con't. - Predictions Conerning End Times Con't. - Matthew 24: 45 - 51 Con't.

Matthew 24:45 - 51; Luke 12: 42 - 48.  Second post on this passage.
This passage will bring a lot of controversy at our weekly Bible study, when we will actually look at this passage.  There are a lot of opinions concerning the word Apostasy, Jesus finally weighs in on the subject.
There are a lot of Christians that believe "Once Saved, Always Saved", and will not listen to another opinion.  There are teachers that teach this same thing, and they will drag you to a lot of Bible verses that seem to back their opinion.  The problem is this, is that really, what the Bible says, or are these a few passages taken out of context to prove a false point??  Once you are saved, you can not lose it, why does the Bible have so many passages about staying in the race and to cross the finish line, persevere to the end, or never quit??  It seems if once saved always saved is correct, there would be no need for these other passages at all.  We will be looking at what Jesus had to say on this subject, I contend that Jesus Christ, being the Son of God, and the Messiah, appointed by God the Father to this position, has earned the right to comment on anything in the Bible.  And we should listen to what He says.
