Luke 21: 34 - 36 Continued Second Post on this passage.
Jesus is continuing to tell His disciples concerning End Times.  Jesus was telling His disciples that at the time winding down to His Second Coming, it will be harder and harder to stay focused on being a Christian.  Being a Christian is more, than just studying about Jesus in Church once a week, or maybe a Prayer Meeting or a Bible study during the week.  These are things we should do, but these alone won't get you into heaven.  Jesus wants a personal relationship with you.  He wants you to try to live your life like Him.  Use His life as a model and try to treat everyone like Jesus treated them.  We are called to take off the attributes of the world, and put on Jesus' attributes.  When we die, we will look the most like Christ, we can be until, Jesus finishes the work He has started in us.  We have been looking at Jesus' Ministry through this blog, so far there are 482 posts.  If you have been reading these posts, you should be getting a better idea of who Jesus was, and how and what He taught.  Jesus calls on us to remain steadfast in Him through word, thought and deed, until He returns.
